Benteh STEAM academy - Wasilla, Alaska

The Benteh STEAM Academy is located on Dena’ina land in Wasilla, Alaska. We provide innovative, hands-on learning opportunities that integrate Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics with Knik Tribal Values for all of Alaska’s youth. Every child in Alaska is welcome to benefit from the resources and experiences our campus offers. Guided by the Engineering Design Process (a fusion of critical thinking, creative problem-solving, and Dena’ina ways of knowing) we inspire 6th - 12th grade students to build confidence, explore their potential, and create sustainable solutions as future stewards of our land.
