STEAM CAMPUS
Our campus is designed to inspire curiosity and creativity, providing students with access to cutting-edge facilities that blend modern technology with cultural heritage. Our 5 facilities include Construction Lab, FAB Lab, Computer Lab, Drone Lab, and Subsistence Lab. Together, these interconnected spaces create a dynamic learning ecosystem that empowers students to explore Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics through meaningful hands-on experiences. Whether crafting with CNC machines, prototyping with 3D printers, coding new software, piloting drones, or learning cultural skin sewing skills, our facilities provide the tools and opportunities for students to turn their ideas into reality.

CoNSTRUCTION LAB
Machine Room & Wood Shop
Students can explore construction technology and design concepts using advanced equipment such as CNC machines, BOSS and EPILOG laser engravers, drill presses, band saws, table saws, and a wide array of hand tools. This space allows students to craft projects that merge traditional techniques with modern technology.

CoNstructioN Lab

FAB LAB

FAB LAb
3D Printing & Design Space
Students can bring their ideas to life using resin, nylon powder, and filament 3D printers alongside a Roland industrial printer for high-precision projects. The lab also features workbenches for hands-on crafting and touch screen computers loaded with professional design software, enabling students to explore everything from prototyping inventions to creating intricate artistic designs. This space fosters collaboration and ingenuity, teaching practical applications of engineering, design, and technology.

COMPUTER LAB

Computer Lab
Coding, Ethical Hacking, & Computer Science
Equipped with powerful hardware and software, the lab offers students the opportunity to learn coding, ethical hacking, and even how to build their own PCs from scratch. Students can also explore game development, competitive E-Gaming, data analysis, and other digital media skills to build innovation and technical expertise while preparing them for the ever-evolving field of technology.

DRONE Lab

DRONE LAB
Aviation, Robotics, & Art
Students can build and program their own drones. Learn soldering techniques, earn TRUST certificates to legally fly, and engage in thrilling activities like Drone Racing or competitive Drone Soccer. The lab also introduces students to the fundamentals of robotics and programming, combining technical skills with teamwork and problem-solving.

SUBSISTENCE Lab

Subsistence lab
Indigenous Life Science, Culture & Sustainability
Students can connect with their heritage, share their culture, and learn about Alaska Native traditions. Explore the full cycle of animal harvesting and processing, from hunting safety to meat processing and tanning hides. The lab provides access to sewing machine equipment and cultural materials like fur and sinew, inviting students to create traditional crafts while practicing valuable life skills. Students also learn sustainable harvesting and food preservation techniques in alignment with indigenous values of land stewardship. Cultural displays enrich the space, sparking curiosity and fostering a greater appreciation for Alaska Native history and practices.
